Experienced Field Organizers & Managers: Share Your Insights on Onboarding and Managing Volunteers
We’re looking for people who have worked as a field organizer, manager, or director for political or advocacy campaigns to discuss their experiences with the onboarding process. Specifically, we're looking for people who have had experience onboarding, training, and managing many volunteers. These do not need to have been paid positions. We are curious about onboarding processes for volunteers, especially initiatives with large numbers of volunteers. We are also curious about your experiences onboarding your organization to new tools and software. This session will consist of a 30-45 minute interview discussing your experiences.
