We are interviewing enterprise technology leaders on a potential emerging architecture layer focused on standardizing and governing manager workflows across systems (ERP, HCM, CRM, collaboration tools). We want to learn: - Views on “above the stack” orchestration layers - Strategic vs tactical lens on manager performance and governance - What drives build vs buy for cross-system workflow intelligence - How IT/HRIT evaluates new enterprise layers that touch sensitive employee data This is not a vendor pitch – we are validating whether this problem and architecture direction resonates at the enterprise scale.
