Improving customers' program journey
A significant portion of the country is living with financial constraints. Sometimes there are additional programs that help people make energy efficiency or weatherization improvements to their home (like air sealing or insulation) to help reduce their household energy usage and costs. We want to help make the process of finding, enrolling and participating in these types of programs a positive experience for people. We're looking for participants and non-participants of home energy efficiency or weatherization programs. We want people who are comfortable using a smartphone or tablet device. Answer the qualifying questions. If you qualify, are selected to participate, and complete the entire study, you can earn a $150 payment as appreciation.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
Fulfillment Fee: Participants are paid the advertised incentive amount by the Researcher, less a 5% ($1.00 USD minimum) processing fee.
