Bridging the Manager Execution Gap – Talent Management Leaders Research Study
We are conducting a confidential research study with HR and Talent leaders on a growing organizational challenge: the gap between strategy and execution caused by inconsistent manager performance. Managers today face larger spans, complex change, and rising accountability—yet most organizations still rely on fragmented tools, training, and ad hoc practices to drive execution. This 45-minute interview will explore how leading organizations are addressing manager effectiveness, where current approaches fall short, and emerging practices for improving accountability and performance. Insights will be anonymized and shared back with participants.
