We are conducting a shopping study and interviews with cartridge shoppers in the US. You will be asked to record your screen as you shop for you cartridge(s). Then we will have a 60 minute Zoom call. The objective is to understand how YOU shop and to explore ways to optimize the experience.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
