Corporate Website Experience & Navigation Study
We are seeking professionals to provide feedback on the organization, content, and design of a large corporate website. This research study consists of two mandatory phases. First, you will participate in a 30-minute live interview to discuss your professional background and how you naturally research corporate information online Following the interview, you will be asked to complete a 30-minute independent, unmoderated activity on your own time. During this second phase, you will review text-based menus and complete short scenarios to find specific information so we can evaluate the website's navigation. During both sessions, you will be required to share your screen and speak your thoughts out loud.
