Welcome to the Spotify research interview
Thank you for taking part in this Spotify research interview. In this conversation, we’ll ask about your experience with Spotify Premium, how you think about loyalty and recognition in digital products, and what kinds of rewards or acknowledgment feel meaningful to you. There are no right or wrong answers — we’re interested in your honest opinions and experiences. Please answer in as much detail as you can. This interview should take about 30 minutes. Please note that there will be some qualifying questions before the study starts.
