We are looking to speak with independent insurance agents and brokers about their work, and the digital tools you use to perform this work. In this session, we’ll discuss your role, the tasks and activites that comprise your role, the digital tools you use, and how/if you currently use AI to support your workflow. Your input will help inform the future design of tools that better support insurance professionals.
