Calling All Digital Healthcare Heroes: Help Us Build Better Tools for Your Patients
We're designing a new digital tool to help Medical Assistants and clinicians build care plans faster and more confidently for patients managing chronic conditions. Before we go further, we want to learn directly from the people doing this work every day. You'll be shown early design concepts and asked to walk through them out loud. There is no preparation needed, and there are no right or wrong answers. Your real-world experience is exactly what we're looking for. Session details: 30 minutes via video call. You'll need to share your screen on a desktop or laptop computer. Audio will be recorded for internal research notes only. Ideal participants: Medical Assistants, RNs, or NPs who are actively involved in setting up or coordinating care plans for patients in a CCM or RPM program.
