I'm an independent researcher running a confidential, non-commercial study on how quality teams at small and mid-size manufacturers (about 50–200 employees) handle audits, corrective actions, and the documentation customers and auditors ask for. The goal is simply to understand real-world practices in your own words — no product, no demo, no sales, and no follow-up. It's a 30-minute video interview at a time you choose. Responses are kept confidential and used only in anonymized form, and the listed incentive is paid through Respondent after the session. If you currently (or recently did) own quality, CAPA, or audit preparation in-house at a manufacturer of this size, I'd value your time and experience.
