For physical businesses, exterior presentation plays a key role in attracting attention and shaping first impressions. Storefronts, signage, and visual identity in physical space influence how potential customers perceive a business before entering. This research focuses on how companies approach decisions related to storefront appearance and signage design. We aim to understand how businesses: evaluate different visual directions balance aesthetics with practicality decide on materials, formats, and visibility approach updates or redesigns of their exterior presence Participants should have direct involvement in decisions related to how a business presents itself visually in a physical location. Responses will be based on real experience and internal decision processes.
