This is the second of two studies for Quill's Rewards Plus membership program research. Study 1 focuses on benefits and preferences by segment. This study answers: What are customers willing to pay, and how does the competitive landscape shape that willingness? Quill's $99/year price matches Amazon Business Prime, but customers resist it. We unpack what justifies the price, what competitors do that sets benchmarks, what would make the program worth a premium or discount, and how enrollment mechanics affect conversion. Unbranded study — findings inform tier pricing and positioning.
