Interview on Psychological Experiences with Generative AI at Work
We are conducting a research project on how workers experience the psychological aspects of using generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) in their daily work. The project aims to better understand how AI tools affect people’s feelings of competence, autonomy, motivation, identity, workload, and collaboration in the workplace. Your insights will help create a more complete picture of what supports well-being and meaningful work, and what challenges workers may face as these technologies become increasingly common. If you agree to participate, you will be invited to a one-to-one interview conducted via video call. The interview will last approximately 60 minutes. With your permission, the conversation will be recorded.
