We’re researching how retail teams translate campaign objectives into category and promotion plans. We’re interested in understanding how campaign objectives (e.g., seasonal themes, traffic goals, margin targets, vendor funding priorities) influence item selection, discount decisions, and promotion performance planning and execution at category and item level. We’re especially looking to speak with category managers, pricing teams, and others who translate campaign direction into concrete promotion plans. This is a 30-minute remote conversation focused on real workflows and decision-making processes. No preparation required.
