Service Firm Leaders: Share Project Profitability Insights (Jira Users)
We are conducting research with leaders of digital agencies, IT service firms, and consulting businesses that use Jira to manage client projects. We are exploring how service firms track project profitability, detect margin erosion, and manage scope creep. This is a structured research task. Participants will be asked to: ā¢ Answer a few questions about how they track profitability ā¢ Upload anonymized CSV exports (project summary, time logs summary, revenue by project) No client names or sensitive data should be included. Replace names with generic labels (Client A, Client B). Your insights will help shape a financial intelligence product designed specifically for service firms.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
Fulfillment Fee: Participants are paid the advertised incentive amount by the Researcher, less a 5% ($1.00 USD minimum) processing fee.
What is the status of my incentive payment?
Payments made from Researchers should always be completed in our platform and paid via Tremendous eGift
