We're an AI company launching a new version of our platform — think of it like a COO you can message in Slack or Teams. You tell it what you need, and a team of AI agents handles the work: research, outreach, reports, ops tasks. We're inviting a small cohort of small business owners to try it for free for 30 days and share their experience. No technical skills needed. This is a 4-session diary study: one 30-minute video call per week for 4 weeks. Between calls, you'll use the platform on your actual work. Each week, you walk us through what you tried, what helped, and what didn't. You should be running a small business, curious about AI, and available for 4 weekly calls.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
