We are a technology and R&D company conducting exploratory research to better understand returns, refunds, and dispute-related workflows in the e-commerce industry. The goal of this study is to learn from professionals with hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, fraud prevention, trust & safety, or returns management, and understand how these processes work in practice today. This is not a sales call and no product will be pitched. The conversation will focus on real-world workflows and operational decision-making, and will be used solely for internal research purposes.
