Calling All Business Decision-Makers: Tell Us How You're Getting Ready for AI Agents!
We are interested in learning more about the merchant perspective on the emerging shift toward using AI agents to help consumers discover products, evaluate options, and/or execute transactions on their behalf. This study aims to understand how merchants feel about this shift as well as their level of readiness. The research will consist of a 15-minute briefing call and a 45-minute remote interview, for which we are offering incentives between $350 and $400.
