This study examines how organizations evaluate, approve, and govern connectivity agreements covering multiple business locations. We are focusing on governance structure, commercial risk evaluation, and internal review logic rather than vendor comparison. Participants should have direct involvement in reviewing or approving connectivity agreements affecting more than one operational site. We aim to document: how risk exposure is assessed how SLA commitments are evaluated how contract terms are internally debated how renewal or termination decisions are structured
