Testing an AI Tool for Government Proposal Teams
We’re talking to professionals who are directly involved in responding to government RFPs to give us feedback on an early-stage AI tool designed to streamline and automate parts of the proposal workflow. This session will focus on evaluating a working prototype. You’ll walk through a short demo, react to the workflow, and share candid feedback on usability, fit within your current process, and overall value. We’re looking for participants who: - Actively write, coordinate, or manage government proposals - Work on a high volume of government proposals - Are familiar with the tools and processes used in proposal development - Have visibility into how new tools are evaluated within their organization
