We are seeking experts who have direct experience managing site operations and can discuss the realities of manual field work. We specifically want to understand: - Logistics & Material Flow: How materials are currently tracked and moved from laydown yards to installation points. - Labor & Schedule: Where manual processes (tracking, installation, reporting) are causing the biggest bottlenecks or delays. - Site Complexity: How teams are coping with labor shortages and the increasing scale of projects.
