Automated Phone Experience Study
We’re looking for participants to help us evaluate an automated phone system for a utility company. In this study, you’ll interact with the experience and complete a few common tasks. The session will last 60 minutes, and we’ll ask for your thoughts as you use the experience. There are no right or wrong answers- we’re simply interested in your experience of using the system! Consent: You agree to participate voluntarily and keep this study confidential. Do not record or share info. If you don't agree to these terms, do not participate.
