We are a technology company building a new product designed to support individuals navigating Long-Term Disability leave for a 30 min interview. This research explores the experiences of people on LTD to better understand their needs, challenges, and what meaningful support looks like during this journey. We're seeking input from individuals currently on LTD or who returned within the past year to help shape a product that truly serves this community.
