Small Business Owners: Share Your Experience with Tax Experts
We’re conducting a research study to better understand how small business owners experience working with a tax expert when preparing their business taxes. This will be a 45-minute, one-on-one interview focused on your recent expert-assisted tax experience—what led you to work with an expert, how the call was structured, what felt helpful or confusing, and how confident you felt after the interaction. We’re especially interested in how the expert explained information, guided decisions, and helped you move forward. There are no right or wrong answers, and this is not a sales call. Your feedback will help inform the design of future expert-led experiences aimed at helping small business owners feel more confident and supported during tax time.
