Experienced Professionals: Share Your Insights via Video Interview
We invite experienced professionals to participate in our video-based study sharing your workplace experiences and insights. If you qualify, you'll record video responses to several questions at your convenience before the deadline. Detailed answers of 30 seconds or more help us capture valuable perspectives to inform our research. Join us and contribute your expertise to advance understanding in your field. There will be 2 parts to this study: the first phase is a 15-20 minute unmoderated online interview, and the second is a 30-45 minute in-depth interview. The total incentive if you are chosen for the second phase equals $100.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
Fulfillment Fee: Participants are paid the advertised incentive amount by the Researcher, less a 5% ($1.00 USD minimum) processing fee.
