We are Sensorama Design and we are conducting research on customer experience with installment payments through the Affirm app. We want to understand what the experience of making installment payments through this app is like and how these journeys and communications can be improved. If you use the Affirm app to make installment payments, we want to talk to you. If your profile matches, we will contact you to schedule a paid video call, lasting approximately 1 hour.
