We invite physicians to participate in a feedback session about their experience using the HUB website. This platform is used for submitting HUB enrolment forms, viewing patient status throughout the HUB journey, and uploading documents for patients in HUB programs. Your insights will help improve the website’s functionality and support for healthcare professionals.
