We are conducting a user research study focused on understanding the needs, expectations, and daily challenges of chefs and kitchen managers when using blast chillers in professional kitchen environments. The goal of this project is to support the development of a next-generation blast chiller, designed to be easy to use, reliable, and capable of offering innovative solutions that truly respond to real operational workflows. This is not a sales activity and no product knowledge is required. The interview will focus exclusively on your experience and point of view as a professional user. Your contribution will help shape future design decisions and ensure that the new solution reflects the real needs of professional kitchens.
