We are seeking executive HR leaders at enterprise organizations (5,000+ employees) who use an official employee recognition platform and are directly involved in talent development for executive leaders and succession planning frameworks. In this 30–45 minute concept testing session, you will review an early-stage leadership insight concept and provide feedback on its clarity, strategic relevance, credibility, and potential fit within enterprise talent decision-making.
