Evaluating a New Car Shopping Experience
We’re exploring a new way for people to shop for cars and want your honest feedback. In this session, you’ll walk through an early prototype of a car-shopping experience on your computer or phone. This is not a real purchase — you won’t spend money, commit to anything, or be contacted by a dealer. We’re interested in how the experience feels as you move through it. What makes sense? What feels confusing? What feels helpful or unhelpful compared to how you normally shop for cars? You don’t need to be a car expert. We’re looking for everyday car shoppers — whether you’re currently shopping, planning to shop in the next year, or have bought a car recently.
