How do companies decide what tools to use?
Implementing new business tools involves steps like researching software, reviewing budgets, and coordinating teams. We’re interested in your experiences with this process, including how you research, evaluate, and help decide on workplace tools. The study has two parts: a short pre-task you can complete at your own pace, and a 60 minute online discussion where you’ll share your perspective on how businesses choose software. Participants who complete both parts will receive $130. Before attending this research, you will be required to have a 5-minute screening call with one of our project managers. This is not incentivised.
