Developer workflow interview: AI coding tools + parallel workstreams
I’m doing short, remote interviews with working software engineers to understand how AI coding tools show up in your dev workflows, especially when you’re running workstreams in parallel. This is a 30-minute 1:1 video call (Google Meet). We’ll cover what tools you use (IDEs/editors + AI tooling), what a “normal week” looks like, and where AI helps vs hurts. If you’ve tried parallelizing with AI (or want to), I’ll ask about what you ran in parallel, what limited you, and how you keep track of context, artifacts, and decisions without things getting messy.
