For this paid research engagement, we are working on behalf of a software company to gather feedback on a business process management platform, with the aim of understanding the day-to-day experiences of individuals working in businesses - particularly how digital tools and software are used in their role. We are speaking with professionals to explore how these tools are used in practice, what works well, and where there may be opportunities to improve the experience. Participation will include a mandatory pre-task (involving mobile interaction across 2-5 days, for a maximum of 3 total hours), followed by a 60-minute interview via Zoom (involving a one-on-one conversation about workflows and digital tools).
