We're a venture studio building a new approach to field technician training. The concept: AI and smart glasses that give new techs real-time guidance from remote experts while they work on actual equipment. We're deciding whether to build this for equipment rental/heavy equipment and need honest feedback from operations leaders. Is technician ramp time a real problem? Would remote expert supervision work? What would make this useless? This is early-stage research from a well-funded venture studio.
