Ophthalmology Practice Admins: Front Office Operations Study
We are seeking Practice Administrators or Directors of Operations from Ophthalmology or Retina practices with at least 2 full-time ophthalmologists. If you directly oversee front-office operations—such as scheduling, insurance verification, and manage workflows distinguishing Vision (VSP/EyeMed) and Medical (Medicare/BCBS) billing—we want to hear from you. Your insights will directly help us develop tech products aimed at improving front office operations at ophthalmology practices. Please note, optometry-only and hospital-based administrators are not eligible.
