There are moments when people need extra support to feel safe, well, or manage day to day. Whether that’s related to mental health, housing, disability, safety or something else, accessing that support isn’t always simple. If you’ve had experience applying for or receiving adult social care, you may have noticed moments where things felt confusing or harder than expected. Your perspective could help improve that experience for others. Join a 60-minute online session where you’ll explore early versions of a digital tool and share your thoughts on what could make the journey more accessible. Before attending this research, you will be required to have a 5-minute screening call with one of our project managers. This is not incentivised.
