Amazon U.S. Gen Z retail employees
I am a current doctoral candidate working on my dissertation, a qualitative study learning new retention strategies about Gen Z Amazon retail/e-commerce employees. I am looking to interview current Gen Z Amazon employees, ages 18-26, in the retail-e-commerce sectors of Amazon. The incentive pay is 30.00 for a 60 minute interview via Zoom meetings audio OR the interview questions where you answer the questions, (no handwriting) and then upload it back into the participant message area. Before anything can happen a consent form for either interview process must be signed and dated and then uploaded back to the researcher. NOTE: No interviews can take place without a consent form being signed and dated and returned to the researcher.
