I’m conducting research on laundromat ownership and operations in US metro areas. I’m looking to speak with individuals who have purchased one or multiple laundromats to understand their experience, challenges, and what makes these businesses successful. This is a 30-minute interview where I’ll ask about your acquisition process, operational insights, what you wish you’d known before buying, and what makes laundromat businesses work (or not work) in different markets.
