Primary Objective We are conducting market research with leaders at FQHCs, Hospitals, and Health Systems to evaluate product–market fit for a digitally reimagined care management and population health platform. All interviews and surveys are confidential and only used to support product development. Participant Criteria C-level or Director-level executives who are accountable for outcomes, budgets, or strategic initiatives and influence purchasing or adoption decisions. Research Focus We are seeking executive feedback to assess desirability, viability, and differentiation of a new care management product.
