We’re looking to speak with healthcare leaders who meet all or most of the following: - You are currently using (or have recently used) a dedicated digital care management platform to support care management programs such as CCM, RPM, TCM, post-acute care, or population health initiatives - The platform is used to enable clinical teams (internal or hybrid to deliver care) and not just outsourced, third-party CCM call services - You can speak to real, day-to-day experience with the platform, including workflows, capabilities, and limitations - You have familiarity with how the platform is priced or contracted, or have visibility into how costs scale with patients, staffing, devices, or services If this sounds like you, we’d love to speak with you.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
Fulfillment Fee: Participants are paid the advertised incentive amount by the Researcher, less a 5% ($1.00 USD minimum) processing fee.
What is the status of my incentive payment?
Payments made from Researchers should always be completed in our platform and paid via Tremendous eGift
