We want to speak with adults who live with ongoing health conditions. In a 60-minute Zoom call, we want to better understand how you manage your daily health, like taking your medicine, keeping appointments, and other health tasks. We’ll also share a few new ideas for a digital health app and ask for your thoughts. What you share will help us make health tools that better support you as you manage your health.
