We are looking to talk with Recruiters or HR Specialists/Managers who are actively involved in the hiring process. We want you to share a real-life open role you are trying to fill right now and walk us through how you are evaluating for it. We are also curious to show you some design concepts we are working on and get your feedback on them.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
