We’re conducting a research study to better understand how freight brokers find, evaluate, and book carrier capacity—especially in time-sensitive or harder-to-cover situations. In this 60 minute conversation, we’ll walk through how you currently source carriers, what tools you use, where you run into friction, and what an ideal workflow would look like. We’re especially interested in hearing about recent loads you covered (or struggled to cover) and how you make decisions under time pressure. Your insights will directly inform new tools designed to make finding and booking reliable capacity faster and easier for brokers. If you regularly move truckload freight and have booked carriers in the past month, we’d love to speak with you.
