We’re conducting a research study with independent P&C agency owners and principals to understand how agencies handle quoting, renewals, commercial workflows, and day-to-day operations. We’re exploring opportunities to streamline administrative work using new tooling and AI. Ideal Participants • Independent P&C agency owners, principals, or producers with decision-making authority • Agency has at least $1M in annual commission revenue • Mix of personal and commercial lines preferred • Experience with AMS systems (e.g., Applied, Vertafore, HawkSoft, EZLynx, NowCerts, etc.)
