Seeking first impressions of an In-App Help experience
We're looking for individuals to help us evaluate a new in-app support experience for a software platform. This short 2–3 minute survey will help us determine whether you’re a good fit for the study based on your background and experience using digital tools. Please note: This survey does not guarantee participation in the study. If your responses match the profile we’re looking for, a member of our team will contact you directly with next steps. Participants who are selected for the study will complete a 45-minute unmoderated session that includes a screen-recording and voice-over of their experience. All personal information will be kept confidential and used only for research purposes.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
