We’re looking for folks who oversee the day-to-day rhythm of housing—welcoming new residents, keeping things maintained, managing questions, organizing finances, and making sure everything feels like “home” for the people who live there. If that sounds like your day, we’d love your insight in a short, paid study about how you keep your community humming.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
Fulfillment Fee: Participants are paid the advertised incentive amount by the Researcher, less a 5% ($1.00 USD minimum) processing fee.
What is the status of my incentive payment?
