We’re conducting a short set of confidential, 1:1 interviews with leaders at retailers to understand how teams evaluate, buy, and implement Retail Management Systems (RMS) and retail-focused ERP (POS, inventory/replenishment, pricing/promotions, merchandising, reporting, and integrations) software. We’re specifically looking to speak with people who led or heavily influenced an RMS/ERP selection, upgrade, or replacement in the last 12–24 months. The conversation is strictly for research, won’t be used for sales outreach, and your name/company will not be used as we are focused on practical lessons learned, decision criteria, and what you’d do differently.
