Help fintech company 11:FS by recording your screen as you log in and use your Amex mobile app or online banking, specifically showing how you view or manage your credit card or loan. Your ±15-minute recording will help us understand real-life banking experiences and improve digital finance products for everyone. All footage is fully anonymised to protect your privacy. After a brief intro call, you’ll receive $25 for your insights. Must have a business Amex credit card or loan and use an iPhone or PC/Mac for the recording.
