Understanding Approaches to Enterprise and Application Search Evaluation
We are conducting research to understand how search engineers and data scientists at organizations are tackling the complex challenges of search relevance evaluation for their applications (e.g., using Elasticsearch, Pinecone, or custom RAG/Vector systems). Our goal is to map the maturity of current practices across the industry. We are not seeking participants focused on public SEO/SEM. During a one-on-on session with a researcher, we will ask you questions in how you currently approach search evaluation at your company. The session will be 60 minutes and you'll receive a $120 digital reward for your time. Your feedback will only be used for research purposes.
