The Use of AI in Accounting
The goal of this study is to evaluate how accounting professionals outside of ServiceTitan use AI in their accounting roles. In particular, we aim to (1) identify common use cases for AI in accounting workflows, (2) understand perceived benefits and challenges, (3) understand concerns, (4) identify unmet needs and opportunities for AI in the accounting space.
